Why no form here

A web form would need either a self-hosted handler (ruled out — Hostinger static hosting, no Node runtime by design) or a third-party endpoint that collects data outside the practice's control. Neither earns its complexity against a plain mailto: link that reaches the same inbox with fewer dependencies and zero tracking. If your mail client can send an email, that's the form.
